The programme offers a 360-degree view of the sports ecosystem, beyond just management - covering what federations, teams, and athletes need to grow the sport. Sessions on presentation and leadership skills helped me grow personally and gave me clarity and really helped me grow as a person and made me confident about what I wanted to do and where I wanted to work.

If you look at India, the sport industry is growing and there is more coming. We are seeing many leagues starting up, and more funding is going into sports, so there’s a lot of development yet to come in sports in India.

What I really liked about AISTS INDIA was the practical approach — whether it was sponsorship or digital marketing, we had to create and present full plans. That hands-on experience stays with you. The course projects directly apply to my current work—creating pitch decks, reaching out to brands, building partnerships. It gives me an edge, especially with my understanding of league structures, governing bodies, and legal aspects of sport.

Courses like this help athletes like me discover newer aspects of careers in sports. AISTS INDIA provided the right support and gave me enough flexibility to pursue my career as an active athlete alongwith my studies.

The curriculum blended theory with hands-on learning, and the professors were very approachable. The course emphasized networking and building connections with industry leaders. Guest lecturers shared valuable insights and highlighted future challenges in the sports industry.

I came to AISTS INDIA with only a basic understanding of sport, despite being an athlete for 14 years. By the end, I felt like a finished product.
